Este ranking reúne REITs dos EUA dos Estados Unidos que mais pagaram proventos em 2021, ordenados pelo dividend yield (DY) e pelo total distribuído no período. No topo aparece IVR, com dividend yield de 95,83%. Entram só os ativos com data com dentro do ano e volume negociado acima de 1.000 cotas.
Fórmula
DY = (proventos por cota ÷ preço) × 100
A tabela traz a variação do yield frente a 2020 (em pontos percentuais) e o total pago por cota no ano. Um DY elevado nem sempre é bom sinal: pode refletir queda de preço ou um provento extraordinário pontual. Dividend yield alto é sempre um bom sinal?
