Este ranking reúne REITs dos EUA dos Estados Unidos que mais pagaram proventos em 2024, ordenados pelo dividend yield (DY) e pelo total distribuído no período. No topo aparece XRN, com dividend yield de 46,51%. Entram só os ativos com data com dentro do ano e volume negociado acima de 1.000 cotas.
Fórmula
DY = (proventos por cota ÷ preço) × 100
A tabela traz a variação do yield frente a 2023 (em pontos percentuais) e o total pago por cota no ano. Um DY elevado nem sempre é bom sinal: pode refletir queda de preço ou um provento extraordinário pontual.
